How much does an industrial RO system cost?
There is no fixed price — every system is sized to your feed water, capacity and outlet standard. Send us your water report and required output; we return a process design, configuration and budget range within 24 hours. Budget is driven mainly by capacity, membrane count, materials (SS304 vs SS316L) and instrument brand.
What size RO system do I need?
Tell us your required permeate flow (t/h or L/h) and daily operating hours. We size from there, then check feed TDS, temperature and recovery against the membrane design limits.
What water quality can you achieve?
RO permeate typically < 10 µS/cm from municipal feed; double-pass RO + EDI reaches 10–18.2 MΩ·cm for electronics and UPW. GMP purified water meets pharmacopoeia conductivity and microbial limits.
Do you ship internationally, and who handles installation?
Yes. Skids ship in containers with full documentation. We provide remote commissioning, and on-site installation and training where required.
How long will the system last?
Designed for 10+ years of service life. Membranes are consumables — typical replacement every 2–3 years depending on feed water and pre-treatment.
What certifications do you have?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with CE marking. Full FAT report, O&M manual and certificate pack ship with every system.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the source factory — Shenzhen Qiukanghong Technology Co., Ltd., established 2012, with a 2,000+ m² production base across two sites and 30+ technical engineers. Factory visits are welcome.
