200 t/h Ultra-Pure Water (UPW)

Process route: Raw water → multi-media + softening → two-stage RO → EDI → polishing mixed-bed, delivering 18.2 MΩ·cm UPW.

Configuration: 316L sanitary piping, DOW / Vontron membranes, PLC + HMI with online conductivity and TOC monitoring, fully automatic CIP.

Outcome: Stable 18.2 MΩ·cm supply for electrode-coating and electrolyte washing; handed over on schedule.

Process route: RO + EDI, producing 18 MΩ·cm water with TOC < 50 ppb and tightly controlled particles.

Outcome: Meets wafer-rinse specifications; continuous loop sanitization keeps biofilm risk low.

Outcome: Consistent soft water with controlled microbial load; freed capacity on the existing WFI train.
