The UF-2000 is an ultrafiltration system rated at 2 tonnes per hour using 50 kDa molecular-weight-cut-off membranes. It strips suspended solids, colloids and bacteria, and is most often deployed as the pre-treatment stage ahead of an RO train to protect membranes and extend cleaning intervals.
Real project reference: a 36 t/h UF + double-pass RO + EDI train we supplied to a photovoltaic cell plant shows the same hollow-fibre approach at utility scale.
