Pump Specifications & Manuals
High-pressure pumps for RO duty and electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps for chemical dosing — selection data, nameplate reference and downloadable documentation.
01 High-Pressure Pumps
Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps are the standard feed and boost pump on our RO trains. They are supplied as part of a system or as drop-in replacements for an existing skid — the motor, seal and material grade are matched to your feed-water analysis, not to a catalogue default.
Supply range
| Parameter | What we supply (typical) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Type | Vertical multistage centrifugal, close-coupled | Horizontal end-suction and high-pressure plunger types for special duty |
| Flow per pump | 1 – 60 m³/h | Larger duties covered by parallel trains |
| Head per pump | up to 250 m (≈25 bar) | Seawater RO uses a dedicated high-pressure stage up to 60 bar |
| Motor | 0.37 – 45 kW, IE3, 3-phase 380–440 V, 50/60 Hz | Single-phase and other voltages on request |
| Wetted materials | AISI 304 standard · AISI 316L for high-chloride or DI duty | All 316L wetted path for pharmaceutical and UPW lines |
| Mechanical seal | Cartridge type, SiC/SiC or EPDM | Selection follows the chemical compatibility of the feed water |
| Connections | Threaded up to DN50 · flanged above DN50 | Sanitary clamp ferrules for GMP systems |
| Liquid temperature | 0 – 90 °C standard | Up to 120 °C with high-temperature kit |
| Protection / control | IP55 motor · VFD or soft starter on request | Pressure transducer and dry-run protection available |
To quote a pump we need
- Feed flow (m³/h) and required discharge pressure (bar)
- Feed-water analysis — TDS, chloride, temperature, SDI
- Supply voltage / frequency and phase
- Existing pump model or nameplate photo for drop-in replacement
What ships with the pump
- Performance curve and dimensional drawing
- O&M manual in English
- Material and test certificates on request
- Spare-parts list with seal and O-ring part numbers
02 Dosing Pumps — E Series
Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps for antiscalant, biocide, pH correction and CIP chemical feed. Constant-flow and pulse-proportional models share the same head, so spare diaphragms and valves fit across the range.
